Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused

• The item must be in original packaging

• All seals must remain intact

Non-returnable items:

• Opened gaming consoles

• Used software or digital codes

• Items damaged by misuse

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
