Delivery times depend on the product, stock status and courier. You will see estimated dispatch and delivery information at checkout where available, and we send tracking details when the carrier provides them.
Many UK customers have a statutory right to cancel distance sales within 14 days for qualifying goods, subject to conditions and exceptions (for example where packaging is opened on certain items). Please read our returns policy for steps, time limits and how refunds are issued.
